I've been a storyteller and singer all my life. It took me a while to find my way to audiobooks and e-learning, but that just means I have the advantage of bringing all my varied life experience to the microphone! That experience includes an extensive technical vocabulary, including complex legal, chemical, and medical terminology. Polysyllabic words roll smoothly off my tongue because I don't just read them; I understand them. After years of public speaking and singing, I bring the energy of live performance into the recording booth with me. As a singer, I'm a dark dramatic mezzo-soprano with a Broadway belt, comfortable with anything from classics and swing to folk and rock, with an absurd side order of Gilbert and Sullivan.

My home studio, founded in 2012, produces high-quality non-broadcast audio, utilizing an AKG C2100B microphone paired with an Apogee One interface and Twisted Wave audio software running on an iMac. I can produce files in any standard audio format, including MP3 and WAV.
While my focus is on non-broadcast audio, I also have access to local broadcast-quality studio facilities with phone patch and video production capabilities. If you need something in particular, let me know; my aim is to make your voiceover experience a pleasant one with happy results!
